Real-estate tokenisation platform.

A regulated real-estate platform that tokenises property ownership, tracks investor holdings across multiple share classes, and reconciles on-chain transfers against an off-chain ledger that handles capital calls, distributions, and corporate buybacks without drifting from on-chain truth.

The client needed institutional-grade tokenisation of property portfolios — every share issuance, secondary transfer, and corporate buyback had to be traceable from on-chain event to investor statement. Off-chain bookkeeping had to keep up with on-chain velocity, including a same-day reset after a portfolio-restructure incident mid-launch.

Our team scoped, designed, and shipped the entire stack: EVM contracts with a vesting curve and a separate claim contract per round; a Rust side handling the same schedule logic; a Node.js orchestration layer that owned the user-facing flow and reconciled to the right chain based on allocation; Redis-backed rate limiting per wallet; PostgreSQL for the off-chain ledger that mirrored on-chain state.

Vesting math was written once in TypeScript and emitted to both the Solidity and Rust code paths, with property tests asserting they agreed on every boundary condition. The off-chain service was idempotent per wallet per round, with all state changes double-keyed against the on-chain event stream.

Observability was a first-class deliverable: structured logs, per-chain latency, ledger reconciliation lag, and an alerting runbook for the four incident classes we had already seen in past launches. The whole thing ran on a small fleet behind a load balancer — no managed services, no surprise bills.

Solana trading platform, end-to-end..

A microservices platform for trading Solana tokens end-to-end: token-discovery service pulls signals from Telegram channels and DexScreener, copy-trading service mirrors selected wallets, and a trade-execution service routes orders through Jupiter. Each module ships as its own Express + Prisma service with its own port and its own schema, coordinated behind a Next.js operator console.
