Blockchain · Web3 · Audits · AI

We build, audit and automate the systems that move value.

One engineering team for blockchain and Web3 products, smart contract security reviews and AI automation that runs inside your existing stack.

  1. 01 Blockchain Development Chains, protocols and tokenised assets.
  2. 02 Web3 Development dApps, wallets and on-chain product.
  3. 03 Smart Contract Audits Manual review, fuzzing and formal checks.
  4. 04 AI Automation Agents and workflows wired into your stack.

/ 01 — philosophy

Three things we hold to on every engagement.

fig. 0.1

Stack-agnostic

We work in whatever stack fits the problem — first-party, third-party, cloud, on-prem. You pick the constraints, we pick the stack.

fig. 0.2

Systems that stay correct

We build systems where humans and models share the load — tools, retries, fallbacks, observability — and the system stays correct when a model is wrong.

fig. 0.3

End-to-end

We own the design, the build, and the ops — no hand-offs to a different team halfway through. You stay accountable to one team, not three.

/ 02 — services

A small senior team. Built around the work, not the hours.

svc. 01 EVM · non-EVM

Blockchain & Web3

Our blockchain team ships multi-chain smart contracts, tokenomics, presales and vesting, marketplaces, and the off-chain orchestration that keeps them live.

  • Smart contract development — Solidity, and Rust/Anchor where the ecosystem demands it
  • Tokenisation platforms — asset-backed tokens, on-chain registries, transfer and compliance logic
  • dApps and wallet interfaces — front ends wired to real contract state, not mocked state
  • Presale mechanics — allocation, vesting, claim portals, referral and fee routing
  • Treasury and multisig tooling — the operational controls a team needs when it holds real value
  • On-chain / off-chain integration — event indexing, oracle reads, reconciliation jobs
svc. 02 LLM · agents

AI & Agentic Systems

Our AI team designs and operates production GenAI workflows — LLM-driven agents, multi-agent orchestration, signal & trading bots, and decision engines.

  • Retrieval pipelines (RAG) — chunking, hybrid search, reranking, citation enforcement
  • Agent orchestration — tool use, planning loops, specialist handoff
  • Trading signal generation — feature computation, backtest harness, live/paper parity
  • Structured extraction — turning messy documents into typed, queryable records
  • Workflow automation — approvals, reconciliation, and ops tasks with a judgment step
  • Evaluation harnesses — regression suites that run on every model or prompt change
svc. 03 backend · infra

Backend & Infrastructure

Our platform team builds secure off-chain orchestration, event-driven services, monitoring, and the data layer behind the contracts and agents.

  • API design — resource modelling, versioning, error contracts that mean something
  • Auth and access — sessions, keys, scopes, audit trails
  • Event-driven backends — queues, retries, idempotency, dead-letter handling
  • Data modelling — Postgres schema and indexes built around real query patterns
  • Caching and rate limiting — protecting the database from the wrong traffic
  • Infrastructure as code — environments reproducible from a repository, not a wiki page

A few places this work shows up.

Every engagement is different. A few recurring shapes — most projects resemble one of these more than they fit any single label.

/ 04 — selected work

A few systems that shipped.

case · 001 Ethereum

Real-estate tokenisation platform.

A regulated real-estate platform that tokenises property ownership, tracks investor holdings across multiple share classes, and reconciles on-chain transfers against an off-chain ledger that handles capital calls, distributions, and corporate buybacks without drifting from on-chain truth.

case · 002 Solana

Solana trading platform, end-to-end.

A microservices platform for trading Solana tokens end-to-end: token-discovery service pulls signals from Telegram channels and DexScreener, copy-trading service mirrors selected wallets, and a trade-execution service routes orders through Jupiter. Each module ships as its own Express + Prisma service with its own port and its own schema, coordinated behind a Next.js operator console.

case · 003 Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, BNB, Gnosis, Celo +9 more (16 total)

Smart-contract risk monitor, 16 chains.

A continuously-running feed poller that watches 16 chains' Blockscout v2 explorers for newly verified smart contracts, runs each one through Slither (static analysis) plus a multi-label ML risk classifier, and persists contracts and findings to PostgreSQL with a per-chain cursor that's decoupled from analysis so crashes never cause re-fetching or data loss. Served to operators through an OAuth-gated dashboard with contract listings, findings, chain coverage, and an analysis console.

case · 004 TON (Telegram)

Telegram Mini App on TON.

A mobile-first Telegram Mini App that runs inside Telegram's web view with the Telegram WebApp SDK injected at runtime — a tap-to-earn game loop with mining boosts, daily rewards, task-based progression, referral mechanics, leaderboard rankings, and a full admin panel for task management. Built as a Next.js frontend paired with an Express + Prisma backend, designed to be opened from a Telegram bot without ever installing a separate app.

case · 005 Off-chain oracle

Prediction-market resolver.

A resolution service that watches a prediction market for closure, fetches authoritative sources for the underlying question, reasons through the market's stated rules, and submits a citation-backed outcome (YES / NO / UNKNOWN / EARLY) within seconds. Designed for prediction markets that don't want token-weighted oracles deciding outcomes.

case · 006 Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp

Cross-exchange orderbook aggregator.

A lightweight, dependency-light service that maintains a live orderbook per exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp) via WebSocket, then merges them into a unified book for BTC, ETH, and SOL across USDT pairs. Exchanges that send snapshots via REST (Binance, Bitstamp) buffer WebSocket deltas until the snapshot lands, then replay in order.

case · 007 Multi-exchange (Binance-first)

Quantitative trading research platform.

A research-and-signal platform built for serious traders: a Next.js 15 dark-themed dashboard (TanStack Query, Recharts for financial charts, Zustand for client state) over a FastAPI backend with versioned Alembic migrations on SQLite → PostgreSQL. Phased delivery: data ingestion → signal engine → backtester → AI-assisted scoring.

case · 008 Off-chain (information retrieval)

Hybrid retrieval RAG pipeline.

A search engine that reads a folder of documents and answers natural-language questions in plain English, with citations pointing to the exact passage each fact came from. Combines ChromaDB dense retrieval with BM25 sparse retrieval via Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF), then re-ranks with a cross-encoder, then generates the answer with inline citations and a confidence score. Ships with a golden eval dataset and an evaluation harness that catches chunking/embedding regressions.
